• Facilitate all the reception details leading up to your wedding day.

• Communicating with vendors

• Manage your invoices and payments with our vendors.

• Communicate with you as needed while planning your wedding.

Venue Coordinator:

• Coordinate reception details with all vendors,

• Facilitate reception order of events (your timeline)

• Introduction of the wedding party and the new Mr. and Mrs.

Bridal Suite: Access into the suite at 10 am.

Enjoy our beautiful bridal suite with your bridal party to get ready.

Memorial & Personal Items: You are welcome to bring personal touches such as photos for a memorial table, champagne flutes, a cake topper, a guest book or sign-in item, wedding favors, and more.

Planning Portfolio: A personalized planning portfolio will be created to organize and manage your personal items for set-up.

·       We do not set a limit on the number of guests you can have attended your wedding.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

·       Indoor inclement weather space is provided; you will not have to stress the day of your wedding what to do in case of rain.

·       Space is chosen the day of your wedding based on the BBB schedule and size of your wedding.

Your final guest count must be provided 35 days before your wedding date, as your final invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

To secure your reservation, a $2,500 initial payment is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
