  • Communicating with vendors

  • Manage your invoices and payments with our vendors.

Venue Coordinator:

  • Coordinate reception details with all vendors,

Planning Portfolio: A personalized planning portfolio will be created to organize and manage your personal items for set-up.

·       We do not set a limit on the number of guests you can have attended your wedding.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

·       Indoor inclement weather space is provided; you will not have to stress the day of your wedding what to do in case of rain.

·       Space is chosen the day of your wedding based on the BBB schedule and size of your wedding.

Your final guest count must be provided 35 days before your wedding date, as your final invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

To secure your reservation, a $2,500 initial payment is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
