Your custom proposal will outline all the services included, and you can remove any vendors or options that you don’t need.

Fresh Flower Bouquets
Includes one fresh flower bouquet and one boutonniere.
During the planning process, you'll have the option to add additional bouquets and boutonnieres for your wedding party and family.
Customize the size and quantity of your floral arrangements with selections from our in-house floral department.
We will confirm the number of florals you need for your bridal party and family, once start planning and finalizing the details. Prices are based on the size and style you choose.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
· We do not set a limit on the number of guests you can have attended your wedding.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
· Indoor inclement weather space is provided; you will not have to stress the day of your wedding what to do in case of rain.
· Space is chosen the day of your wedding based on the BBB schedule and size of your wedding.

PARKING & BEACH ACCESS
· Free Parking on 59th Street (if full you and your guest may park in our back parking lot)
· A FREE Back-up Parking lot to save your guest from the hassle of finding parking.
· Handicap access to the beach, most dune entrances are very loose sand making it hard for older or handicapped guests to enter the beach. 59th Street is a handicapped-accessible beach allowing much easier access for beach wheelchairs and walkers.

Your final guest count must be provided 35 days before your wedding date, as your final invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
To secure your reservation, a $2,500 initial payment is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
